Billing policy

Refunds & Cancellations

A clear framework for cancellations, renewals, refunds, and unused creative credits. Effective 7 October 2026.

Simple rule: cancel before renewal to stop the next charge. Your current paid cycle remains active until it ends.

1. Cancellations

You may cancel before the next renewal by emailing management@ghabsha.studio. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. No next-cycle charge occurs after valid cancellation. Access continues through the paid period; remaining standard credits may be used during that period and expire when that cycle ends.

2. Renewal

Subscriptions renew monthly on the renewal date shown in your proposal or invoice unless cancelled before that date. The next cycle is billed in advance.

If we change your base plan price, we will notify you before the new price applies. Project-specific terms in an approved proposal, order form or written scope take priority where expressly stated.

3. Refunds

Subscription and top-up payments are generally non-refundable once an approved request enters production or work has been delivered during that billing cycle.

Verified duplicate or incorrect charges may be refunded. Where no request has entered production, Ghabsha may review a refund request taking reserved capacity and incurred costs into consideration. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under applicable law.

4. Unused credits

Standard credits are reserved creative capacity for one billing cycle. Unused standard credits expire at the end of that cycle and do not roll over, transfer between accounts or convert to cash unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Top-up and promotional credits expire on the date or billing-cycle expiry communicated when issued.

Top-up and promotional credits expire on the date or billing-cycle expiry communicated when issued. Credits have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred between accounts unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Any eligible refund concerns the payment, not a cash redemption of credits.

5. Outstanding requests and delivered work

We will continue active, properly briefed requests through the end of the paid cycle where the remaining time and credit balance reasonably allow. New work will not begin after the subscription ends.

Final approved deliverables remain available according to the agreed handover process. Ownership and usage rights remain subject to full payment and the applicable service terms.

6. Policy updates and contact

This policy is effective from 7 October 2026. Material changes will be posted on this page and apply from the updated effective date.
